Development Suitability Assessments
Find out what is possible for your land or development before getting too far down the track. We provide a comprehensive desktop study of the scope of development that is possible along with advice on the process and what would be needed to make it happen. We examine all requirements of the relevant council planning scheme and, if needed, consult with relevant State authorities to provide you with a comprehensive advice package.
Development Applications
We prepare everything you need for an application to Council including addressing the requirements of the relevant planning scheme and organising and collating any supporting reports required. We are experienced in all types of development applications including residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural.
Rezoning Applications
Rezoning land (or a Scheme Amendment) is a significant undertaking and an application is assessed by both Council and the Tasmanian Planning Commission. We are experienced in the process from start to finish and can advise on the practicality of a rezone application including what would be required for this process.
