Woolcott Land Services, a leader in land development services across Tasmania, is seeking a Junior or Experienced Town Planner to join their expanding team. This full-time role offers flexible location options and the chance to work on a variety of projects state-wide.

To be successful in this role you will require:
- Town planning qualification or near completion of a suitable qualification
- Experience with the Tasmanian Planning Scheme is an advantage
- Experience in preparing planning application reports and advising on town planning matters
- Ability to work proactively with clients and government entities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
